Returns & Exchanges

At Kut from the Kloth, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
